Waterproofing, tile, fixtures, and ventilation handled as one package. Permit pulled before demo starts; inspection signed off before handover.

Load-bearing wall removal, beam installation, additions, and underpinning. Engineered drawings sourced, permits managed, inspections scheduled by us.
